Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

2. Reporting Time

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product along with clear unboxing proof (photos or video).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper handling will not be eligible for return or replacement.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Replacement Option

In eligible cases, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability.

6. Shipping Charges
